Human manure is not good for fertilizer due to the fact that the human diet is full of non-plant materials, which causes severe problems with bacteria. Human excrement (along with pretty much anything which eats meat as a primary food source) is unsuitable for growing plants.

Herbivores, however (Horses, Cows, et. al) have a different bacterial makeup to their excrement which is beneficial to plants. They are effectively walking compost heaps with hooves.

Cheers!

Only if its been processed properly. There are several companies that make this very thing from sewage sludge.
Dont go poop in the compost pile, though, any meat eater has pathogens that you dont want in your compost. Even if you are a vegetarian, you still harbor pathogens.
No dog, cat, wolf, dinosaur or vampire poop either.
Stick with herbivores, especially chickens, rabbits, cow and aged horse manure.

Well, modern sewage plants do resell human manure to farmers and the like. Human manure may be more toxic due to what humans eat and excrete.

No.

Usually the animals are vegetarians. There is compost in their manure. People, and other omnivores or carnivores, have different enzymes in our manure. Have you ever seen the lawn "burn" where a dog poop was?

YES. It is called night soil in Asia and is very popular. In the US it is preferred for organic produce where you can't use chemicals - an old Hippie trick to get closer to the earth.

Only if it is not for food crops! In a lot of countries outside of the US it is used that way. But it can spread illness if used on food crops.

Yes, but don't start dumping your baby diapers in the flower beds. Besides human waste has fast food in it and that can't be good.
