Okay young and not very updated one it's called a sports bra and no ya don't hold them when you run, it makes you look like you fell in love with your chest.

I definitely hold my breast to me when and if I run I am a 38DDD and I don't run if I don't have too. If I run it could cause a major heart attack epidemic in the area!

So Boobs are a female runner's disability. So small boobs are an asset to female runners like height is to basketball. But yes I've always wondered/ i'm no perv but it used to look strange on sports days.
