have had that happen a lot, just find another job, it is just a job.just don't let it get to u then she wins. go on with ur life as if she doesn't exist. and if u do see her ignore her believe me it will piss her off more than hitting her.

You will meet power brokers like this all your life. There's nothing you can do to them that won't get you into trouble. However, at your next job, if you feel that there's someone with that same attitude, keep a journal of day to day activities, errors, negative comments. It's very helpful at a later date to be able to defend yourself with the times and dates that certain events took place. Not that you go to the boss to squeal but if there's a problem (something gets forgotten or something disappears) you can say that you know exactly when something was put in the mail, or what instructions you were given, etc. It helps jog other peoples memories and helps get problems resolved quicker. It works. It might prevent you from being forced to quit a second time.

Never let someone intimidate you to the point where you quit your job. You just gave that person power over you. If someone is making you miserable, you find a way to return the favor. Or better yet, you never let them know they can get to you. You gave her the satisfaction of knowing she could run you off.

You have to let her lead her own life. Find yourself another job without such horrible coworkers and be happy there.

Best of luck finging yourself a new job :)

You should have gone to the supervisor first. She was probably just jealous of you. You must look allot better than her if she had to stoup to lying. You will find a better job!!! Good Luck!!!
