you cant take it out,,or reprogram it without a programmer,,its built in,,and has to be programmed,,i know what you mean,,its kind of aggravating at times, this is the only way i know of to do it,and make it work right,,it was put there to keep you from over revving the engine,,i hope this help,s.

It is a speed regulation in the processor and no wires will bypass it. On the roads today with all the nutjobs, why would you want to take a truck over 95 anyway

yea, that truck def. doesn't have a carb, so forget about getting a bigger one. i'm not sure there is a way w/out using a programmer.

you mean the speedo, nope, don't know how to but I know a performance chip would help with top speed, even a bigger carberatour would increase speed.
