When I eat food, I sometimes bit my own tongue accidently. Even though I don't eat fast, I still bit my tongue and it bleeds. I also bit the other interior locations in my mouth when I eat.

Please don't tell me to eat slowly b/c I already did eat slowly and I still bit my tongue. It didn't work. How can I prevent it?

while you're looking after piercings, they shouldn't get contaminated. I had my tongue pierced for in elementary terms some years and had no substantial situation with it. I used Listerine mouthwash after eating in spite of, eating some ingredient somewhat then water, and smoking, for the well-known few weeks and it healed devoid of having contaminated. in case you pick to have it carried out, get it. shops that sell physique rings will might desire to have retainer posts so could you may take it out for college, the hollow keeps to be open devoid of somebody being powerfuble to look that your tongue is pierced.

1st of all I'll just answer your 1st question, yes. I was going to suggest all of which you've tried, so I don't know what else to
say. Try only placing a very little into your mouth at a time.
Other than that, go to your Dentist to check if your nerves in
your mouth are misfiring.
Good Luck!
