first contact the chamber of commerce in the area you want to move to they'll send you an info packet then contact a realtor in that area using the packet or the internet

they have visual videos of homes [available at better real estate offices]
contact realtors in area you are interested in
check out craigslist they have listings in area you want

its easier than that......go on realtor.com and look up homes in your area....agents advertise on that site....send them emails of what you are looking for, and in what time period.....if you can show them you are serious they will bother you until you commit to something.
I would STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend visiting the area BEFORE putiting down the cash
