How do you make the upside down question mark?

¿¿¿With Num Lock on, hold the Alt key down and type in 168 on your keypad to the very right of the keyboard. After you've entered the 8 release the Alt key.???
I also have a list of characters. Send me a message and I will send you the list of characters I've put together so far.

You can hold the regular question mark and it will show the upside down question mark and it also depends on what kind of phone or tablet you have. Like mines I just have it on my phone.

In addition to everything listed here, you can always simply find a website that uses the up-side-down question mark, copy it, and paste it.

Hold down ALT and then type the numbers 168. That should work. I have a list of them all... if you need it just let me know.

i dont see it answered above, but its hold alt then press 168 and release alt :P

you have to type the numbers 168 while holding the alt key down
that should do it.
