You need to make sure your e-mail program options have the e-mail format set to HTML, not plain text, so you can paste pictures into your e-mails. If you're using Microsoft Outlook, select -
Tools, Options, Mail Format, HTML.
Alternatively, you can send pictures as file attachments.
If this doesn't help, add detail to this question saying what e-mail program or web-based e-mail service you are using. At what point in the process of composing and sending an e-mail are you stopped from sending pictures?

Also make sure you are not exceeding the size limits set by your internet provider. Try sending smaller file sizes or deleting some old files from your folders.
