I've heard that synthetic fabrics don't take dye well- well at least compared to cotton & such.

I've got a Lycra swimsuit that's lime (very light green) colored and I want to make it dark green. Can anyone recommend a dye that would work well for this type of fabric?

I don't think you can dye it. From what I know, the lycra, which is essentially rubber comes in different colors. It would be like trying to change the color of a rubber band. KWIM?
