After installing the HD in the new system, i got a "NTDLR is missing" message.

I know that the drive is good because it is possible to load with it in my Pentium 1 system

I supect that the bios didn't look at the right place for the boots files.

I want to keep my actual hard disk to make sure that i got the same Windows licences and files.

You'll need to move the "master/slave" jumper on the drive to make the bios see it as the second drive. If keeping as primary disk, make sure the P3 BIOS can recognize the drive (you may have to set it up as a type 47-user defined).
