There is a lot of them. House of Kolor offers one that is called Kameleon, but i think dupli-color offers a 3 step spray can kit you can buy. Also companies like Alsa Corp. offer color changing paints. Its a very common product now for most paint companies. I'm pretty sure PPG has one too, but don't know that name.
By the way ChromaLusion is the DuPont brand of color shifting paint.

I did a whole research paper on custom paint, if you really want to do something, you might want to look into some of the other options. Pearl or flakes or something. Check out http://www.houseofkolor.com/hok/index.jsp and also www.alsacorp.com both of them have some awesome things you can do. Do some searching and you can probably find something a little neater that would be completely custom to you.

sounds like you are talking about the paints that change colors as you view it from different angles. Dupont calls it Chromalusion, House Of Kolors is Kameleon Kolor, and there are others. These paints use a special metallic/ pearl combination that acts like a tiny prisim that bends and refracts light differently at different angles.
