I tried that once and it worked. But my mom told me that i shouldn't do it again because the next hurricane was a lot stronger because of it. You can't stop mother nature...

I am sorry, but your idea would never work. Mine would though, here goes: Right in the middle of a hurricane, assuming it is in open waters, drop a couple of Nukes on it or through it, which ever you prefer! Sounds cool, and perfectly safe for the environment! I just remembered, ask the group from the 80's, Scorpion about hurricanes!
