This is original, it is the only colorwheel like this, copy it if you are an artist.

Yes, brown is a colour otherwise things wouldn't be brown, but in 'artist language' it isn't consided to be a proper colour because it isn't in the colour wheel. But I wouldn't know, I'm only 14!!!!

It's a color, but it can be considered just a dark orange or yellow. The same way gray is a dark white.
