I know it's maybe a little flippant but given the recent criminal case against a Goalkeeper in Scotland for blessing himself and a Scottish team being warned by the European authorities for singing about killing catholics, how sectarian is the country?

Those damm Europeans are always in conflict! Catholics were the first to convert or start christianity, in Europe too! Protestanism came after Luther and he had every right to question the papacy, but the conflict is always between Europeans , it has also extended to the new world! I tell you Jesus was a black Jew! and Iam sure if all the racist knew this they might leave religion or change their ways. The middle east of that period of time was blck, and is stil is , Israel is mostly white European Jewry.

The "bless you" response to sneezing related to the Bubonic plagues in England in the middle ages and the first sign that you may be coming down with the plague was sneezing so this was a non denominational "hope your not going to die" greeting

well most countries have problems with singing about killing others, but then the world excepts some religions preaching about killings all whom are not of there faith, which the world is at odds with for the most part of the radical sections of that, as far as sneezing goes to me it would depend on if they are male or female and pregnant :)

I don't say "bless you" when someone sneezes because I don't believe spirits are escaping from their nostrils, which is why the phrase came about in the first place.
