For me, the best are:

Boondock Saints, 21 Grams, What Dreams May Come, and Lost in Translation.

What about everyone else?

"The Addiction"-Vampire/Virus? Infection Movie
"The Machinist"-C. Bale(Batman Returns) Alternative Psycho Movie
"The Master of the Flying Guillotine"-Martial Arts 70's Cool Movie
"Memento"-Buy this movie, very original, look it up. Starts with a murder, this guy only has short-term memory, the way the movie is edited you see what the guy is going thru; for example in a scene he's sitting in a car wondering where he is all of a sudden some guy shoots at him he just drives away.
