If you're slim, then stay away from any fat burning arobics... Take a protien supliment or (the cheap way)eat anything like eggs, red meats like lamb or beef, startchy vegetables like potatoes, corn, or peas, anything that contains protien. Protien enduces muscle-mass. Not so much 'fat' and will help you gain weight healthfully.
I am a 19 year old female and I weight train I'm 174, 5'10", and only 17% body fat. I used to be 113 at 5'9'' with 29% body fat.. Try this for a few weeks and STAY BY THE SCALE! Make sure that when you DO exercise try walking for arobics (if any) and simply use 5-10 pound weights starting out. Every other week add 2 pounds or until you feel "comfortable" lifting the weight. E-mail me for further questions.

Your parents should enjoy the gift that you are slender. As long as you are healthy you should not worry about the weight. There are plenty of people who would love to be in your shoes. Now if you have an eating disorder that is another story. They should be getting you help. If you are a naturally thin person that is great! Enjoy being who you are, and know there are those of us who prefer slim partners! Be yourself and be happy. Good luck. Nana

after marriage both boys and girls do become fat because when they have sex, their veins are filled with excessive blood, which make them fat on regular sex. BUT IN ur case u seems to be unmarried, just try two or three bananas with milk every morning as breakfast and see the difference in just two months...

Go to your doctor for a check up. Your doctor can give you a diet to follow. You may need bloodwork done to check for any deficiencies.
