I certainly do and the only way it'll go away is with time, a diamond fell out of my ring about a month ago and my husband is being lazy about it so it's still not fixed and I still have the indent on my finger but it's hard to notice with the tattoo around my ring finger with my husband's name in it.

I jammed my finger plenty of times and im only 12 just let it heal. And lay off of it. 1 Time i jammed both of my hands at the at the same time. Its okay as long it doesnt turn colors. Like black, purple or blue. And if it is a different color besides your skin color your finger/hand is broken.IT May take weeks to heal also.

Get a splint. You can buy them from the drugstore. You just put it on your finger for a couple days...it prevents you from bending your finger so it can heal.
I jammed my pinky pretty bad a couple months ago. I used a splint and it was good as new in about 4 days.

Cut it off with a knife!
You mean how do you fix it? Sorry, I don't know of any way you can fix it fast. If you got it just a few minutes ago you could put some ice on it or run cold water over it, but that will only do so much.

drip it in a bowl of cold water and ice, then wrap it up with tape and let it rest a few days. But if you have to pratace with it, tape it up really tight so it wont be able to bend, so that your finger wont be messed up even worst.

Keep it straight with a Popsicle stick or pencil and tape. You can ice it to reduce the swelling. It will probably take a week before it feels normal again.

There's no quick fix, wrap it and let it rest. You might apply ice to help with the inflammation and maybe acetominophen (paracetamol). And go easy!
