i have sapphire and i completed the hoen pokedex when u complete the hoen pokedex fly 2 pro. birch he will congraduate u
on completing the hoen pokedex. after he does fly 2 the lilly cove hotel go up stairs go 2 the guy on the bottom lrft show him your pokdex he wiill say he's the game disigner and when u complete it go see him there will be a pokemon center sound 2 let him know u completed your pokedex actually it's 201 pkmn not 200
you'll get a certificate 4 your hard work. now u have 2 complete the national pokedex. good luck. :)
