THE CURE WAS IN THE LITTLE BOYS BLOOD.
ACTUALLY HE HAD A VIRUS IN HIS BLOOD THAT DAXIS WANTED TO USE TO KILL THE HEMPHAGES BUT IT WAS POSSIBLE TO TURN THAT VIRUS(IN THE BOYS BLOOD)INTO A CURE FOR THE HEMOPHAGES(MILLAS CHARACTER)

AND YES SHE USED IT ON HERSELF AT THE END OF THE MOVIE.
