could any body help me please in installing this game?

hi everybody,i have a copy of a game but my CD ROM can not read it on my computer....i dont know y? and it says that there r missing file in the cd which cant be found ..but when i took this game to another computer the CD ROM read it and everything was ok....i dont know y my computer cant read it...although it is the same xp system...can any body please help me...thanks to u all

Buying the full version should alleviate this problem.
