This is hard to do as most often, we want what is destructive towards us. Like moths to the flame, we seek what is bad for us more often than not. Each has our own unique vice / sin / addiction / crime that haunt us and fool us to believe this is what we truly need to feel good.

I used to associate smoking cigarettes with making me feel good. This was an illusion, and now that God's blessed me with power to control my urge to smoke, well, I now recognize the great, wonderful, spectacular, over whelming sensation of breathing and smelling. OK, sometimes smelling isn't great, but I'm getting used to carrying around perfume to cover the funky smells.

I don't think I do. Even if I help people out and feel happy about it I'm still not sure if it makes me feel good. No matter what I do that makes me feel good it doesn't really make me feel so good. I'm one confused person. Hmmm...
