How can you tell if a friend has deeper feelings for you than just friendly?

I was hoping that I didn't have to explain. Ummm, but, I hope to God no one will find out who I am from this. Doubt that, so anyway, we had this "thing" when we were at a pretty young age and it went on for several years. It was like a secret love life that we kept secret. I don't think I'm quite over it yet, but she's pregnant and engaged now, but we still hang out like best friends, like going to the movies, mall, and eat out at restaurants. And we make sexual comments to each other, but ya know just play it off like a joke. And thats all that is. Do you think she still has some deeper feelings, though? I can't dare to ask, I fear rejection.

personally i think she still thinks about it alot and it was probably fun,interesting while it lasted but now her focus is now else where i mean she probably thinks about the times u 2 had all the time but just not as deep enough to actully consider to do it again cause she would be loseing alot now if she was to do that now

just ask her, maybe she loved you much than her soon to be husband, maybe she leaves him for you... you will never know if you donot ask!
