If you're thinking about weather, spring and summer are probably the best for sightseeing. However, you need to be more specific, you should have written what would you like to do in Europe, and where do you intend to go, to which country. It differs a lot from place to place. If you want to sky, visit Europe in winter. Etc.

well, that all depends on where you want to go and what your looking for. For instance, if you love the warm weather, then going to greece or somewhere in the Meditteranean in the summer or late spring is perfect. We were in Italy in april and it was perfect. it wasn't to ho tor cold so the weather was just right. of course that is when all the tourists flock to europe. if you love the cold and winter sports such as skiing, then going to switzerland in the winter would be ideal. it all of course depends on your interests and where you wish to vist. good luck! ciao.

It depends on the country you want to travel to. If you come to Spain, march-october is the best time.
I guess it will be the same for Portugal, Italy or France.
