I'm not talking about repairing serious injuries or a nose job. I'm talking about breast implants, botox, stuff like that.

of course not. even if they arent the most attractive kid, they still are a kid. i dont see any need to change your appearance at all, provided its not reconstructive. whats worse about this whole question is that its even an option thats viable nowadays... and that these children are getting the finacial support to do these things..

thats incredibly sad that the parents of these teenage girls and boys would shell out the cash to get these kids 'fixed', for lack of a better term. thats got to be emotionally taxing on the kid on some underlying level. if theyve ever had a self-esteem problem, mommy and daddy saying 'youre not perfect the way you are, we'll fix it' isnt going to help much, even if your nose gets smaller or your breasts get bigger.

No, at that age you're too young to even think about botox! Breast surgery, silicons, also shouldn't be allowed, body is still developing at 18. Beside that, you will probably be more self confident at your 20's, don't do something you will regret later. And girls with small bobbies are sexy too :)

Plastic surgery for those under 18 is normally reserved for correction of birth defects, or for helping victims of tragic accidents.

Cosmetic plastic surgery...which includes nose jobs...are best reserved for adults.

There s nothing sadder than some kid strutting around with artificial breasts; how do their parents sleep at night?!

No, if you are 15 and unsatisfied with your boobs...deal with it. If you want a larger ***, you can wait. Botox? Not needed! You won't even need stuff like that till you hit the late 30s! Even then its just a "maybe". I guess its all in perspective. Guys are putting alot of pressure on girls to be "stacked"..and if you aren't...you are going to want those things. Get a push up bra or something to make your boobs appear larger...that works most of the time.

no, there are still changes happening to the body at that age, best to wait until you've had kids already, and older.

if you want to have great skin, use sunscreen even when its raining....UV rays are still present then and can harm the skin which will give you wrinkles and make you look old...

breast implants are not recommended for people under 18 years old, don't worry if you don't look "filled out" yet, it will happen. when you start having kids, your breast will get bigger. exercise to help improve the bustline.

unless the child is seriously deformed, injured, or ill, it does not make sense, since the body of a child is still changing, so the plastic surgery could be totally worthless, but the person to ask is a DOCTOR
please, you should be worried about college, sports, boys, but plastic surgery? you need to ocupy yourself with some worthwhile activities:
sports, studies, volunteering

NO. Seriously how many generations went through life with much bigger problems. Seriously fake stuff turns the good guys off, and the ones that like it will grow out of it. Besides consider the medical risks. I like living in a world where we don't look like an army of barbies.

No one NEEDS plastic surgery and it would be especially ridiculous for someone under 18.

Absolutely not. They are still developing. Wait until nature is finished. Mentally also they are more influenced by society's ridiculous notion of beauty.

So I suggest wait till twenty something to make that decision.

No one needs that even if your over 18. God made you the way you are for a reason you shouldn't try to change yourself.
