My Yahoo (the personal webpage) displays an error message stating that there is a "problem retrieving (my) personal information" on the "Mail Preview" box. It asks me to try again, but nothing happens. Although, it's just a luxury of the website, I'd really like if someone could make this work again.

There isn't much you can do with this. The problem occurs on Yahoo side when you attempt to retrieve your mail from one of yahoo's mail server and they may be having some problems with the mail server where your emails reside. Another possiblity is the mail server is slow and causes this error message to appear for you. Don't worry to much about it. It will work again.
