when your on the page go to tools (up top), internet options, use current then apply

all webpage do not a link that tells you to set it as homepage
but you have to COPY the webpage address then go to TOOL>INTERNET OPTIONS and paste it in the address box
click ok

Go to start-control panel- internet options - type the address of the website u want - click ok
