when your on the page go to tools (up top), internet options, use current then apply

all webpage do not a link that tells you to set it as homepage
but you have to COPY the webpage address then go to TOOL>INTERNET OPTIONS and paste it in the address box
click ok

Go to start-control panel- internet options - type the address of the website u want - click ok

If you use explorer, go to tools, then internet options, and type in the url of the page you want to use, or, if you're on the page you want to use, click "use current" and click okay.
