If you are seeing your x, you are basically telling him just the opposite. So I would suggest your best option would be to ALLOW him to be your X, by not seeing him. Doesnt sound as tho you're actually moving on.

Try to give him signals that you don't have feelings for him anymore. If he keeps playing stupid just tell him upfront...better in a public place so he doesn't presists.

dont talk to him any more. The more you talk to him the more he wants you. I know from experience. My ex and I talked for the last 5 years and still have strong feeling for her. I know I need to stop visiting
