impolite is a matter of opinion and degree. he may go scot free. but if he has used indecent languagge action can be taken. first u need to have a witness wo will give evidence in court. second u need to write down a complaint and take to the police station within whose jurisdiction the indecent language was used. if police investigate and close the case, u can directly approach the court of judicial magistrate and submit the written complaint. u need to study provisions of Indian Penal code and fix the offence in one of the sections. u must also study criminal procedure code to know what the exact procedure is.
