Is he going to panic every time he might get hit (I heard he's having flashbacks about his injury). Should I get a different FF QB?
I'm not dissing him at all, I'd be scared to death!

I think most of the FF community thinks that Palmer is a great pick for QB..... but you better have a solid backup

This is a great question. I have avoided Palmer in most of my drafts UNLESS he fell to me in later rounds. I got him in the 6th round in my latest draft and then took Trent Green later as a back up.
Palmer is due to start a game on the 28th so we will get a chance to see how he reacts.

I think Palmer will be fine. Heck, he was even playing beach volleyball the other day so his knee must be okay.
