I recently discovered I may have some potential in public speaking. Now I'm trying to figure out how and where I could possibly develoupe this? Any ideas??

Go into a sales career, or become an MC for events.
I worked for a Dance Competition and they all have MC's that travel the country, which can lead to more MC work. My blog talks a little about the time on the road.

Well I'm sure there are courses in your area you could take to develop your public speaking ability. As for what you could use if for, public speaking is useful for politicians, teachers, tour guides, lecturers, et cetera. You'd probably be better looking at what you're interested in and thinking about how public speaking can be of use to you in that area.

Talk against the usage of drugs, cigarrettes, and alcohol. Also talk against promiscuous and pre-marriage sex.

go into a career as a sports caster or a news anchor or you could run for politics or something like that........if you want to do something like that
