Three months is rather quick to be thinking about sex. Both of you should still be enjoying the initial phase of your relationship, getting to know each other romantically, etc.
Since she says she feels like a *beep* after doing stuff to you then that tells me she is not yet comfortable to take it to the next level and feels like it would be moving too fast.
But, I can definitely understand your frustration of not having sexual release especially after she "teases" you.
First off, have you tried talking to her? Explaining the feelings you have for her and how you WILL respect her decisions for not having sex at this point? Have you talked to her about sexual things that you could do together without actually doing the act?
Maybe she is not comfortable with intercourse but, might be comfortable with other activities. Oral sex, mutual masturbation, "sex" with clothes on, etc. are all fun ways for release without the actual act (and without the worry of pregnancy and STDs if done properly).
Over all, I think the most important thing to remember is that it is not a good idea to pressure her into anything she is not ready for. You need to be open with each other and talk. It would be shame to lose a good relationship over a case of the blueballs LOL
Good luck!

No is no. If she doesn't want to have sex with you, then "breaking her" will make her feel horrible afterward and should make you feel like a first class jerk, too. If you can't deal with no, find a girl who is interested in guys who have no emotional readiness for a mature relationship. Maybe you'll get really lucky and find someone who has a sexually transmitted disease, too!

Tell her why does she do it if it ends up that she don't ever do anything in the end, or else just wait until she is ready to have sex if you really like her, if not then break up with her if it bothers you that much

DO NOT force her to have sex with you.
Sex leads to babies and it does not matter if you use birth control or not
Sex leads to STDs and AIDS
Just ask yourself if you want any kids...if not then do not even bother forcing the issue of sex onto her.
Rosey Palm and her 5 sisters will do the work and you won't have to worry about babies and STDs

She may want sex but may be really afraid of penetration. It's probably very frustrating for her as well. She may need to see her ob-gyn or talk through in therapy. See if she will satisfy you in other ways such as bj's, cumming between her boobs, hand job, etc...

Move on to someone who is ready...she obviously is not, and you don't want her crying "rape" later.
