In a way or another, we are all good.
Let us first analyze your question:
What is good? How do we know if it's good? Will it already be good if it's good for me although it's not for you?
The answer is... we are already good if someone says we are, and it depends upon the one who looks at you whether you are good. Well, who's that someone anyway?... Actually, it's anyone. The reason for this is that you do not know whether who are all the people who see you as good. You may know some, but it's impossible to tell all of them. So... in conclusion, the answer to your question is... Indeed, you are.

i know you are a good person, i know when alone you cry about affairs you see around you trying to figure out why it goes on and needing and praying for someday things to be different!
i know you are not to be abused nor misguided or you shall confront the perpetrators right away i know you would never intentionally harm nor or allow me to be harmed in anyway you see you remind me of me and that is because of humanity!
