OK I'll add a bit more - I read that the cell walls of plants aren't broken down well unless thoroughly cooked. Human digestive systems are possibly not as powerful as in other animals, so I have doubts about stir-fry.
What about rare meat?

So so.
The cell walls are broken down to some extent, more so than in raw vegetables, but not as much as well cooked. There will be less loss of vitamins and minerals as well, compared to well cooked. There will also be more fibre. On the whole, you can eat stir fry with a clear concience.
Rare meat is better than well cooked, as there will not be as much damage to the protein. I also prefer it as it is not so tough. Both of these come from the fact that protein starts to denature and cross link as it is heated.
Having said that, cooking does kill harmful bacteria, and parasites, so you have to be confident of the source of your meat. So, you should never eat poultry or pork that is underdone. Generally, you are OK with lamb or beef as long as it has been raised to a good standard.

I reckon pretty good - hot cooking means no so much oil is absorbed into the food.
I can't stand reare meat, but the French seem to do all right on it!
(Never eat rare pork or chicken though)

Depends upon how much and what kind of oil is used. Use less oil to make it healthier and use less sodium as well. Most foods are not that bad, it is how we prepare them and dress them that make them unhealthy. Take salad, it is a good thing but put too much of the wrong things on it and the nutrition contents goes out the window. Chicken baked=good. Chicken fried=bad.

rare cooked meat is not healthy because you are not killing of the millions of bugs found in meat. if you have a weak digestive system they can cross the barrier and make you ill.

This is wholly dependent on what you put in it and how well it is cooked.
most of the ingredients are extremely healthy, it is up to you what meet/fish you add to it.

It really is not that good for you, either one. Baked food is the best.
