Don't you think Ragin's attempt to "ONCE AGAIN MAKE NEW OLEANS A CHOCOLAKE CITY" will put over a hundred thousand in danger of losing their life.

Nagin is an ***. He is the individual who could have done the most good to protect people in his city, but instead he made matters so much worse. He was calling for people to return when there was a chance of further flooding and more storms. He should be charged with negligence and put on trial.
Did anyone else notice that in the days after Katrina, he would appear with stubble and a beard, as if to say there is too much for me to do and I have no time to shave because I'm super-Mayor. Yet he had the time to shave his pointy head everyday. He is disgusting. I'm glad people called him on his stupid racist 'chocolate city' comments.

Nagin is nothing but a racist. and yes they should build it. N.O. is a unique part of our colture and one of the only true european cities left in the usa. scientists have known for decades that this was going to happen, but instead of making the damns bigger and stronger. they would build a f-ball stadium. once the new levees are complete it will be an excellent place to live, as long as all those trouble makers dont come back. has anyone seen the pictures of those couple houndred school buses under water? all those people could have been saved, but nagin is too much of an idiot.

I seriously question whether Mayor Nagin has enough mental capacity to recognize danger, this is evidenced by his failure to initiate a plan of evacuation that was clearly ready to address a disaster of this magnitude.

I don't think anyone knows all the dangers of rebuilding that place. But I wouldn't bet any dough on Nagin.

If the people evacuate they won't die and there were as many "whites" as there were "African Americans" the only people that died were the people that didnt want to be rescued and wanted to die.And there are only one hundred thousand people left in new orleans!I would know I live in Louisiana it's not that bad.

I don't know. I don't think they should have rebuilt New Orleans, it'll probably just happen again. They should just build a new city that is under sea level.
