To me, it sounds like he was on drugs at one time and it explains how he felt and warning others to be careful if that's what they're doing or thinking about doing. Here's the words:

I think it is about someone thinking he is crazy, but he is trying to tell them he is not. The only thing he is crazy about is some chick. I love that song also...different from the rest. Do you remember his daughter on sweet sixteen? He was using a different name at the time (Cee lo).

I think they are just calling you crazy for no apparent reason....I hate the song there's no point to it AT ALL!
