i am usually a hard-core mountain biker but a yaer ago, i crush ed my knee in an auto accident, and had to have bone grafts and then 26 pins put in there, but to get to th e point i needed to start running to get back to my biking skill, but i run at least 5-6 miles every other day and my knee never felt stronger

I get the runs some times...
but I try to avoid it... can get too messy!!!
