I'd make the trade.

Foster has shown no ability to stay healthy for a season. Dillon has. He is a starter you can depend on for 16 games.

I wouldn't. Dillon is on the downside of his career and he has a good looking rookie breathing down his neck. yes Foster has had some injury issues, but if he can stay healthy I think he will put up much better numbers.
