What's the name of that game?

It was a game where you owned(or something like that) some emergency services. When a accident happened you had to bring fireman, police vehicles and ambulances there. Please tell me!!

sounds like sim city to me...you were the mayor of a town and had to send firemen and police to stop riots, fires etc.

I think its that urban chaos game that just came out. I heard of a game just like the one your describing, and i forget which one it is too......which sucks.
