I do believe the massacre of thousands of Kurds with chemical weapons, the Iraqi war with Iran, the invasion of Kuwait, and other acts have made Saddam Hussein a worse war criminal than any of our leaders... but wait, who supplied Hussein with the chemical weapons in the first place??? Reagan administration. Sad but true.

Saddam Hussein. He was a genocidal madman, which even the most staunch anti-war advocate will admit. He would kill thousands on a whim without blinking an eye.
