We should have that right, it is something I never wanted to do. However hard things got, I always knew I could make them better. We are not harming anybody but ourselves (physically), perhaps the emotions from family members could be a little much.

Situationally, yes.

I think that if we allow ourselves the right to suicide too freely, people will be killing themselves over insignificant things at the drop of a hat.

Humans can be very impulsive and in situations like relationship break-ups, they can often turn to thoughts of suicide- we often find it difficult to believe that life goes on after these things happen.

Making suicide so unacceptable and encouraging people NOT to kill themselves in situations like this has saved the lives of many millions who would otherwise have made a grave mistake and who recognise that.

I think that in situations of severe suffering, euthenasia should be allowed- I would like to have the choice myself to be put to death if I ever became a vegetable or was living in constant, irreversible and life-long emotional or physical agony.

No you dont. But if you do, then no one will remember you at all, and you will have missed touching the lives of the people you should have touched and done good to. It's such a selfish and foolish act that despite being a sin against yourself is cowardly and desperate and who wants to be remembered that way, if anyone chooses to remember you at all for what you did.

Live, it requires more effort but it's your right and privilege to do so.

I think the very sick elderly should have that right and everyone else(me included) just have to find a way through. With the way I feel sometimes-I could easily take my life..but I know it would kill my mom, and really mess up my young child so I fight it....I may want to hurt myself-but never them.

NO god put you on this earth for a reason you have to fulfill that purpose it is wrong to take your life when you aren't supposed to go when you take your own life god has to put some1 else in your place? do you like to be replaced for a job you could have done better than the sub? i don't think so when god needs you, you will go wether it is 30 or 2 years just be patient taking your own life is a serious sin don't do it just push through and keep you eye on the goal good luck:)

Just imagine someone had this chance to choose between life and death and also he got that chance to see what happens in both of them .....

he would see in life ( childhood , teenagerhood , problems comes , problems over , fighting life , sometimes winning life , other times life wins us , and alot alot of stuff happen in life )

he would see in death (he is just lies dead , dead again , still dead , and he waits and waits and waits for the Judgment Day
