Why didnt the theory of evolution make it bigger?

Yes. However, the Earth is the big boss dude of our orbit, and we're round (mostly). That's what makes us a planet.

Our sister planets are Mars ands Venus, the two closest to Earth.

There are only 8 planets in the solar system now, the scientist have dropped Pluto from the list of Planets as it does not fulfill the requirements for being a planet.

Everything compared to everything is a dwarf......Compared to the Sun, Jupiter is a little snot.

However question is flawed...just because one planet is bigger does make the other planet a dwarf....the size of the planet determines if dwarf or regular planet

Well, if Jupiter was just a little bit bigger it would have became a star instead of a planet, so no, not really.

Not at all, the earth has an atmosphere, and is large enough to become somewhat round in shape.
