Most Internet service providers have parental controls. Access these and set up controls for your kids. You could also use programs like Netnanny. Aside from that Websense is also a very good service, it blocks all kinds of stuff and frequently updates itself to keep preventing new sites.

Alot of ISP (internet service provider) offers kid friendly profiles. This way it blocks in example R rated sights and above. AOL offers this I know (about the only good thing about AOL) Or you could buy a program (back in highschool we had KidPatrol) it was a little cop that showed up and said stop you cant veiw this sight. We couldn't even veiw art pages if they contained nudity. So ask at a Best Buy, Circuit City if they have it or Computer game shops (We have Electronics Boutique or EB) hope this helps and thank you for wanting to not let your children view pages and wanting to do something about this. I'm very strict when it comes to sights my son will go to. Also look into a pop up blocker
