i broke it playing football and im a three sport athelete so i need to get my mucle size for the basketball and baseball

rest it for a while, then build it back up with wrist circles, and just practicing

First -let it heal

then work with a Physical therapist who has a sports background to gain motion and strength

It will take time.

In the meantime start practicing dribbling with your other arm.

hey... you really need to see a doctor and have him recommend a physical therapist. The therapist will give the appropriate exercises.

I hear the best way is to get in the pool and move it through the water...like stroking the water to see if it can handle the pressure....or the trusty....jerking off!!!!!:)
