There is an icon for multiplayer just up the street from the cul-da-sac on the right hand side of the road in between some buildings. If I recall correctly it is past the second overpass.
I'm sure there are others on other areas, but htat is the only one i know of.

Yes in dates with girlfriends or you can find icons all over the game for free-run or sub-missions. If you have a copy of the Brady Games official strategy guide, check the maps for locations of icons that allow you to play with another person.

yes with girlfriends but its stupid because u have to follow the first player around. i just rather do my own killing that's all.(wow it felt strange saying that)
