why isnt that men say be honest when they dont.i admit that i lied to him about my ex. how he found out is by going throuh my cell phone and questioning me.should have told the truth but knew he couldnt handle it.now hes pissed and wont once again comunicate with me.he even told me he saw his ex today in the store and that was that.after he found out about my lie he told me she looked good and that hurts. how should i feel afetr that.and what should i do,weve been togethrt for almost 3 years.i really do love him deeply and im hurt.this is someone he told me he was crazy inlove with .

I believe you must be honest with any relationship. If not, feelings get hurt when things are said that you cannot take back.
I think it is OK to be friends with ex's, but there are others who it bothers. You should talk about it with each other.
Sounds like he told you he saw his ex to make you feel like he felt when you didn't tell him. He sounds like he was hurt and angry.
You should tell him the honest truth about it, including your feelings. You should let him tell you how he feels about it also. We all make mistakes and are responsible for our actions. Hopefully when you talk, you will be able to "make up" and be able to communicate well. Some things you may have to compromise on. Best of luck to you.

Honesty gets you further than lies! Stop messing with the ex! If you love this guy, beg him for his forgiveness, and promise to stop communication with the ex. If your truly in love with this man, you wouldn't even want to communicate with your ex! Must be something missing in the relationship if your still communicating with your old relationship. Try to find out what that is, and try hard to fix it. He has every right to be pissed! How would you feel if you found his ex's phone #'s on his cell? Just put yourself in his place.

What about your ex? You don't say if you are just talking to him or messing around with him. He had no right to snoop through you cell, and only told you about his ex GF to make you jealous. You mention kids being threatened in your heading but there is no mention of threats or kids in your comment. So what did you lie about and why does it involve your kids being threatened.
