Yes, of course. Even if you did feel that way, it might be a bit of a shock to him. Dont make those three words seem unmeaningful. Tell him when you really, truly love him, and true love most likely will take a lot of time. Save it for the right moment.

absolutely yes it is so early!se u may be in crash with him and u think u r inlove with him,just wait untill u know him better and get to know everything about each others and always be urself and let him do same and love always ned patience to be sure it is love or just crash so wait and just hang out and make out and go out with each other and wait untill u feel that u two know much about each others and that he lok at u like he can't se anyone but u and u fel the same so that wil make him spell it up and say i love u and u'll say same but don't rush and say i love u before u be sure hope that helps u:).

Yes. Telling soemone that you love them is a very special thing. You should be very sure when you do. Theres no rush to tell him you love him. Get to know him better.
