Raw or partially cooked eggs:
Avoid eating raw eggs and food containing raw or partially-cooked eggs. Only eat eggs cooked enough for both the white and yolk to be solid. This is to avoid the risk of salmonella, which causes a type of food poisoning.
ps. Congratulations ;-)

Well its usually recommended to avoid under-cooked foods and any other possible risks of infections such as cleaning cat litter. Nevertheless if you've already eaten the eggs don't get all panicked, many women continue to eat whatever they're accostumed to and do just fine. However its always safer to reduce the risks as much as possible since some infections can have bad effects on the baby

You need to make sure that your eggs and meat are cooked all of the way. I know it sucks, but it would be even worse if you were to get salmonella poisoning and hurt your baby.

I did. The risk of eggs having salmonella in them is really for everyone but it's emphasized when you are pregnant.

Yes you can as long as they are commercially farmed eggs. The kind you buy in the grocery store. But no to farm eggs or yard eggs. They can carry too much bacteria.
