Try Not To Think About Penguins,the harder u try,the more u think of it. Another one is,well, Annoy ur siblings,but dont go overboard.You Can also try and disturb ur neighbour,throw stuff,shout wierd language,laugh at them.But what i do is go Youtube and watch Dumb videos of people doing dumb stuff.

-play a computer game (diner dash, lemonade tycoon, and Huntsville mystery case games are all good!)
-clean your room/house/apartment
-do something that needs to be done (ie: laundry, schoolwork, etc)
-read, write, relax
