Take it to a jeweler. It's very inexpensive to have a watchband adjusted. Less than the cost of the tool...

The tool either came with the watch or you can go to a watch/jewelry repair in the mall and they'll do it for $5. The tool is just a skinny pin to fit in the holes.

You can remove the links...many watchbands are easy enough to use a sharp, thin nail to do so....however, you can take the watchband to where you bought it and they should do it for no charge.

You have to take out links to make it smaller. You need a small jeweler's tool kit to do this which you can pick up at any Walgreen's or CVS. Good luck!

If the band is to large, hit your wrist with a hammer. If it's to small, pack your wrist in ice.
