I already have my nipples pierced and my (excuse my language) man junk pierced, what's next the sack, an extra bar in the head or second nipple piercings. I would do my face but we can't have those in a refinery and they are pricks about that!

If you can, I'd do a tongue piercing. I had mine pierced until I went to nursing school, and was forced to take it out. You didn't say if you had your belly button pierced. If you're brave I'd go for another nipple piercing. Only if you're brave though.
